Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model productionization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and accuracy.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability and monitoring.
- Conduct rigorous research to stay ahead of industry trends and academic breakthroughs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning architectures (Transformers, RNNs, GANs).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
