Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead the strategy for implementing Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) into core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring scalability and reliability of AI deployments.
- Research emerging AI technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide mentorship to junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning and AI architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern ML frameworks.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native AI solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Track record of delivering high-impact AI products in a fast-paced environment.
