Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks for production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct research into novel AI methodologies, including LLM fine-tuning, reinforcement learning, and computer vision.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and continuous integration.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists on the team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex mathematical and algorithmic problems.
