Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and large language models (LLMs) to production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning to stay ahead of 2026 trends.
- Optimization: Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency to handle high-scale data processing.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the engineering department.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or data science roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex problems and innovate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
