Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI frameworks.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines and distributed computing architectures.
- Conduct in-depth research to implement cutting-edge algorithms that improve model performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into core business applications.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for production environments, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
