Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of hybrid AI-Quantum systems for high-stakes enterprise applications.
- Define the technical vision and engineering standards for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Mentor and coach senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and performance testing to ensure system integrity and security.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing research.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI or Quantum Mechanics.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven expertise in Python, C++, or Rust, with experience in quantum simulation libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and large-scale machine learning models.
- Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and distributed systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
