Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for our 2026 AI roadmap, focusing on quantum-ready systems.
- Lead the integration of advanced machine learning models into production environments.
- Conduct high-level technical research to evaluate emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 timeline.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Optimize system latency and scalability to support high-volume data processing.
- Define best practices for security, compliance, and cloud-native architecture.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or C++ with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Strong understanding of Quantum Computing principles and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale engineering projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
