Role Overview:
In this high-impact role, you will bridge the gap between classical software engineering and emerging quantum computing paradigms. You will design the architectural foundations for our AI-driven platforms, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and ready for the quantum leap.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for hybrid classical-quantum systems.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 product roadmap, identifying emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, security experts, and product managers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into quantum algorithms and their practical applications in enterprise environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and security compliance across all deployed infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI or Machine Learning systems.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, and familiarity with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
