We are looking for a visionary Senior AI & Quantum Computing Architect to lead our R&D division in San Francisco.

Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable quantum-algorithmic architectures for our flagship AI systems.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with emerging industry standards.
- Model Optimization: Optimize deep learning models to run efficiently on hybrid classical-quantum hardware.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and physicists to integrate quantum modules into production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or quantum computing research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Experience with quantum SDKs (Qiskit, Cirq) and classical ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Hardware Knowledge: Experience with FPGA design or high-performance computing clusters.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, novel problems in unstructured environments.
