- R&D Leadership: Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies for the 2026 roadmap.
- Security & Ethics: Implement robust security protocols and ethical AI guidelines to govern the use of advanced predictive technologies.
- Client Consultation: Act as a technical advisor to C-suite executives, translating complex future-tech concepts into strategic business value.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI architecture, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing research.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong background in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, undefined problems in high-stakes environments.
