Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks for 2026-era AI applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant encryption protocols
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Secure $2M+ annual research grants from DARPA and NSF
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize algorithm performance
- Develop patentable quantum-AI hybrid architectures
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum machine learning
- Present findings at global tech summits (WEF, CES)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or AI (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design
- Experience with 50+ qubit quantum processors
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum error correction
- Demonstrated ability to secure government research funding
