Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning models designed for 2026 and future computing environments.
- Lead the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning workflows to optimize processing speed.
- Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms, including transformer models and neuromorphic computing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready applications.
- Ensure data integrity, ethical AI practices, and robust security protocols in all system deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum Mechanics.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, deep learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or access to quantum hardware is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of publishing papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex technical projects from conception to execution.
