The Role
You will design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning models. This is not just a coding role; it is a research and architectural position where your decisions will impact millions of users.
Responsibilities
- Model Architecture: Design and implement novel neural network architectures for large-scale NLP and computer vision tasks.
- Research & Development: Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and reduce inference costs.
- Production Deployment: Oversee the end-to-end deployment of ML models into production environments using Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure high-quality training datasets.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing systems.
