Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Research: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AGI milestones, focusing on autonomous reasoning and multimodal integration.
- Innovation Leadership: Develop novel algorithms in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing that push the boundaries of current model capabilities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Quantum Engineering and Product teams to integrate quantum-inspired models into our neural architectures.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Author high-impact papers for top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) and establish Aether Dynamics as a thought leader in the field.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior researchers and PhD candidates, fostering a culture of continuous learning and scientific excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in AI/ML research, with a proven track record of leading complex projects.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Strong background in Transformer architectures and reinforcement learning.
- Publications: Demonstrated ability to publish and present research at leading AI conferences.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to translate abstract theoretical concepts into concrete product roadmaps and technical specifications.
