Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic definition of the AI research roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.

- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate research findings into commercial applications.
- Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Mentor and guide a team of junior data scientists and research engineers.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in research engineering or applied AI roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Proven track record of publishing peer-reviewed research in AI/ML.
- Experience with large-scale distributed computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
