Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures optimized for 2026-era compute constraints.
- Lead research initiatives in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), and Chain-of-Thought reasoning.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce energy consumption for large-scale deployment.
- Establish rigorous evaluation frameworks to measure model safety, bias, and performance.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a culture of scientific excellence and transparency.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research breakthroughs into scalable products.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
- Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, and familiarity with HuggingFace Transformers.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, ICLR).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and high-performance computing environments.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex ethical and safety challenges in AI deployment.
