Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multimodal systems.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the open-source community to advance the field of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI).
- Mentor a team of elite data scientists and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to translate theoretical research into scalable, production-grade software.
- Optimize model performance for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in distributed environments.

Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of experience in research roles within top-tier tech companies or leading AI research labs.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong track record of publishing in prestigious conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or arXiv.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural network optimization.
