Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge neural network architectures for robotic control and computer vision.
- Lead the R&D strategy for autonomous navigation systems targeting 2026 deployment.
- Optimize machine learning models for low-latency, edge-computing environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of mechanical engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards for the AI division.
- Publish research findings and contribute to open-source communities.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or robotics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and CUDA.
- Extensive experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
