Responsibilities
- Lead R&D for Neural Interfaces: Design and implement cutting-edge generative AI models that facilitate seamless communication between human cognition and robotic systems.
- Optimize Edge Computing: Develop algorithms that run efficiently on constrained hardware, ensuring real-time processing for autonomous navigation and decision-making.
- System Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate deep learning pipelines directly into next-generation robotics chassis.
- Scalability Strategy: Architect cloud-native infrastructure to support the massive data throughput required for training and deploying 2026-ready models.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field (PhD preferred) with a focus on AI.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA; experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of robotics kinematics, sensor fusion, and real-time operating systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
