Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for our next-gen AI agents, ensuring seamless natural language processing (NLP) and human-AI collaboration.
- Design immersive spatial interfaces (AR/VR/MR) that adapt in real-time to user context and environment.
- Conduct deep-dive user research to understand the needs of the next generation of digital natives (Gen Alpha) and legacy users alike.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and design systems that scale across web, mobile, and spatial devices.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user journeys.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles in all future-forward projects.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI or Spatial Computing.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling tools (Blender/Unity).
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and generative design workflows.
- Portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving and advanced prototyping capabilities.
- Experience designing for diverse user demographics and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA+).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and pivot quickly based on user feedback.
