Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap for AI and Machine Learning integration across the enterprise.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the research and development of emerging technologies, including generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable data pipelines and cloud infrastructure to support future growth.
- Identify market trends and competitive landscape shifts to inform long-term product strategy.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or product management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical roadmaps and leading high-performance teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in building and managing budgets for technical projects.
