Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling technology ventures with $50M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3) and regulatory landscapes
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent strategic foresight qualification preferred
