As a key leader in our Austin office, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business goals, guiding a team of elite engineers to deliver groundbreaking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architectural design for the 2026 Platform, ensuring alignment with long-term strategic roadmaps.
- Define technical standards and best practices for cloud infrastructure, microservices, and AI integration.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate high-level business objectives into concrete technical solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and system audits to maintain the highest levels of security and performance.
- Drive the migration of legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures to support 2026 demands.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of AI/ML integration within enterprise systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
