Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Planning: Architect and oversee the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud-native architectures utilizing microservices and edge computing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior and junior engineers, conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for high-concurrency environments.
- Innovation Integration: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including AI, quantum-ready algorithms, and decentralized ledgers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; experience with functional programming paradigms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
