Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in research initiatives aimed at solving complex, real-world problems using AI.
- Optimize existing algorithms for speed, scalability, and efficiency on high-performance computing clusters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and hardware engineers, to integrate AI solutions into our proprietary platforms.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, evaluating and implementing new technologies such as neuromorphic computing and edge AI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field; PhD is preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Demonstrated ability to mentor junior engineers and conduct technical research.
