Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
