Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for high-value retail and tech clients
- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account-related inquiries
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with Tier-2 support teams for escalations
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for CSAT, AHT, and resolution rates
- Participate in cross-departmental improvement initiatives
- Mentor new hires on best practices and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of call center or customer service experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and ticketing systems
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Flexible availability including evenings/weekends
- Previous experience with Zendesk or Salesforce
- Passion for problem-solving and customer advocacy
