Responsibilities
- Handle complex customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email for San Francisco-based clients

Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience in high-volume call center environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to navigate diverse client demographics
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and remote work technologies
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in virtual teams
- High-speed internet connection and dedicated home office setup
