Responsibilities

- Resolve complex billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Document all interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases

- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction metrics through active listening

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume call center experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Quiet, dedicated home office environment required
