Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready Systems: Design and implement high-performance computing architectures capable of scaling for the demands of next-generation AI models.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and refine machine learning algorithms to forecast technological shifts and market trends up to a decade in advance.
- R&D Leadership: Lead the research and development of neural interface protocols and quantum-adjacent software solutions.
- Tech Stack Validation: Evaluate and prototype emerging hardware and software technologies to determine feasibility for commercial integration.
- Strategic Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or large language models is a strong plus.
