We are a cutting-edge R&D firm pioneering the Project 2026 initiative, a massive overhaul of our proprietary AI infrastructure designed to redefine human-machine interaction. We are seeking a visionary Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of our next-generation platform.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend algorithms and intuitive frontend experiences. You will work directly with our CTO to ensure our 2026 roadmap is not just met, but exceeded.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 core platform using React and Node.js.
- Optimize application performance to ensure sub-millisecond latency for real-time data processing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Implement robust security protocols and ensure data integrity across all touchpoints.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack development.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as Python, Go, or Node.js.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
