Responsibilities
- Architecture & Development: Design and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
- System Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure sub-second load times and seamless user experiences.
- Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; conduct thorough code reviews to enforce engineering standards.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and interns, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Frontend: Deep proficiency in React (or similar framework) and modern CSS/SCSS.
- Backend: Strong command of Node.js and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar databases.
