Responsibilities
- Define and execute the architectural vision for Nexus Horizon Labs' 2026 technology stack, focusing on scalable and sustainable AI infrastructure.
- Lead research and development into emerging technologies, including quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing integration.
- Architect end-to-end AI solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency for our enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, data scientists, and engineersâto translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and AI ethics to ensure robust and responsible deployment.
- Mentor and coach junior architects and engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure our systems remain future-proof against evolving threats and technological shifts.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Deep proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and big data processing (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
