Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain the company’s long-term 2026 strategic vision, translating abstract future concepts into concrete milestones.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and socio-economic shifts to forecast their impact on the industry.
- Technology Forecasting: Evaluate new tools and platforms, advising leadership on adoption strategies for the 2026 timeframe.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to align the 2026 vision with operational capabilities.
- Change Management: Design transition plans to ensure organizational agility and readiness for future disruptions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Strategic Foresight: Proven track record of successfully identifying and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of current and future tech stacks, specifically in cloud computing and AI integration.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences and leadership levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
