Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging tech trends.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, microservices-based architectures capable of handling high-volume data streams and AI inference workloads.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into core business workflows, optimizing for latency and accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to strict regulatory standards (GDPR, CCPA).
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and senior engineers alike.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS or GCP.
- AI Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying and fine-tuning AI models in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and navigate complex technical debt.
