Responsibilities

- Lead Research and Development (R&D) efforts in emerging technologies, including Generative AI and Edge Computing.
- Design and oversee the architecture of complex, scalable systems capable of handling next-generation workloads.
- Mentor and lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new technological integrations.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives and product teams to translate futuristic vision into actionable technical strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system engineering, or AI development.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and foresight within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent machine learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
