Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic 2026 Technology Roadmap, defining long-term architectural goals for AI and Quantum integration.
- Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Security) to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive technical research on emerging technologies to assess feasibility and ROI.
- Establish coding standards and architectural best practices to ensure maintainability and scalability.
- Review complex code and provide mentorship to junior developers and engineers.
- Identify potential risks in the tech stack and propose mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, or Quantum Computing principles.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
