Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for long-term technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Emerging Tech Research: Identify and evaluate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum, Spatial Computing) to determine feasibility and implementation strategies.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and future-proof system architectures that support rapid iteration.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate complex strategies into technical specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate technical vision to executive leadership, articulating the value and risks of future tech investments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or product strategy.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining and executing long-term (5+ year) technical roadmaps.
- Tech Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML, Cloud Native architecture, or advanced Web3 technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
