As a key member of our strategic team, you will identify emerging trends, develop future scenarios, and create actionable insights that will shape our industry's next decade. Responsibilities
- Lead research on emerging technologies, societal trends, and market disruptions through 2030
- Develop comprehensive scenario planning frameworks for the 2026 Project milestones
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite executives and board members
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies across global markets
- Create thought leadership content including whitepapers and executive briefings
- Manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Integrate foresight insights into product roadmaps and business strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, trend analysis, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing foresight methodologies
- Expertise in data analysis, scenario planning, and trend forecasting
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Experience with AI, biotech, and climate technology forecasting
- Published author or speaker at industry conferences
