Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts
- Produce quarterly trend reports and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D teams to translate foresight into product roadmaps
- Establish innovation ecosystems with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
