- Curate and manage an innovation pipeline with $50M+ budget allocation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching future-facing initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published research on 2020s tech disruption
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact)
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams
