- Produce quarterly horizon scanning reports with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish KPIs for emerging technology adoption and innovation maturity tracking
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
