- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision priorities
- Produce high-impact deliverables: trend reports, white papers, and executive briefings
- Identify and vet emerging startups and partnerships for innovation pipeline
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into business narratives
- Deep understanding of AI, IoT, and climate tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., MIT Tech Review, HBR)
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
