- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Report' with data-driven trend forecasts
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating ESG and circular economy principles
- Present future-state strategies to investor boards and government panels
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning with Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technology or societal trends
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method)
- Deep understanding of climate tech, neurotech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Proven ability to translate complex foresight into executive presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/ASF or foresight practitioners)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three successful 5-year trend predictions
