Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops with futurists, engineers, and ethicists to identify emerging paradigms
- Produce white papers and trend briefings for C-suite executives and government agencies
- Prototype next-gen interfaces using AR/VR and neural integration technologies
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human augmentation
- Represent the company at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
- Mentor a team of 5 junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological convergence
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology commercialization
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, AGI)
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Certification in Futures Design or Innovation Management
