Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and Delphi methodology
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and market disruption vectors
- Author quarterly Future State Briefings for Fortune 500 clients on socioeconomic and technological inflection points
- Architect innovation pipelines integrating Web3, neurotech, and climate adaptation strategies
- Manage a global network of futurists, academic partners, and industry disruptors
- Present foresight insights at Davos, CES, and proprietary executive summits
- Drive organizational adoption of 2026-ready governance models and ethical AI frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy leadership
- Published research on exponential technologies or socio-technical transitions
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year market evolution scenarios
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP-EL, causal layered analysis, backcasting)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented futures-based business transformations
- Expertise in behavioral economics and human-AI symbiosis modeling
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFIA) or equivalent
