Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts relevant to 2026.
- Develop detailed future scenarios and roadmaps for clients across various industries.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis to produce high-quality reports and presentations on future possibilities.
- Collaborate with executive teams to integrate foresight into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients in a compelling and accessible manner.
- Maintain a network of experts and thought leaders to stay ahead of the curve in future trends.
- Advise on innovation strategies and help clients build capabilities for future resilience.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, trend analysis, or innovation management.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future scenarios and strategic plans.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated expertise in at least two of the following: AI, biotechnology, climate change, or future of work.
- Experience working with executive teams and in client-facing roles.
