- Develop actionable scenario-planning models for enterprise risk assessment and innovation pipeline development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Produce executive-level trend reports and predictive analytics dashboards for board-level decision support
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs to capture cutting-edge developments
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and adaptive strategy across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and quantitative trend modeling methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their socioeconomic implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to distill complex concepts for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic foresight projects with measurable business impact
- Professional certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists) preferred
