- Develop 5-10 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster innovation and future-proofing initiatives
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders and translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Build partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Author thought leadership content and whitepapers positioning Horizon as a future-focused leader
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their potential impact on business operations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented impact on business decisions
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced materials, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through technological transformation
- Published thought leadership in tech or business publications
