Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies with 8+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching technologies adopted by >1M users
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI ethics frameworks
- Published research in Nature or Science on emerging technologies
- Experience securing DARPA/EU Horizon grants for innovation projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and English for global stakeholder engagement
